Sunconnectz's AI Voice Answering Service answers calls, captures caller info, responds to FAQs, and sends email or SMS summaries so you never miss an opportunity.

2Plans & Pricing

All usage charges apply to every message or minute processed by the service.

3Set-Up Fee

A one-time onboarding fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

4Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate FAQs, forwarding numbers, and email addresses.
• Keep login credentials and integrations (CRMs, schedulers, etc.) current.
• Maintain an active payment method to avoid service interruption.

5Service Limitations

Sunconnectz is not liable for calls, texts, or summaries that fail to send or deliver due to:

• Password or access changes to your accounts
• Platform or carrier outages
• User-side errors or misconfigurations

6Privacy & Data Handling

We securely store call recordings, transcripts, and caller details solely for service delivery. Clients are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when using this data.

7Cancellation & Termination

• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
• Clients may cancel with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
• Sunconnectz may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or misuse.

8Disclaimer

While our AI aims to give accurate responses based on your provided data, occasional errors or omissions may occur. You are ultimately responsible for reviewing communications with your customers.

9Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, without regard to its conflicts of law.
